Carlo Dumontet

Among our illustrious volunteers is Carlo Dumontet, formerly of the National Art Library, Victoria & Albert Museum.

He is working at present with Dr Williams's Library's rare book cataloguer, cataloguing the collection which first came together in Dr Williams's home in Hoxton and was first listed bu Isaac Bates in the printed catalogue of 1727, some three years before the library opened to readers its first home in Red Cross Street, Cripplegate, London.
