Philip March

Philip March studied French and Russian at Oxford University and trained as a teacher at the Institute of Education. Towards the end of a career spanning thirty years,
he returned to university to take an MA in Victorian Studies at Birkbeck, London University, where he is currently studying for a PhD. His thesis examines the influence of Nonconformity on the New Journalism of the nineteenth-century social reformer, W. T. Stead.
